Service Desk 1-800 number issue
Resolved - After working with our phone provider we were able to restore service. The service desk 1-800 number is operational now. This is resolved.

Investigating - There is currently an issue with our telephony provider for our service desk 1-800 number. Due to that, the number is not reachable at this time. We are working on solutions and will update this status page when they are available.

This outage only affects clients who utilize our service desk.
